Art Law Magazine Volume 10

The most recent edition of the Art Law Magazine is now online. This Magazine includes an analysis based on a market study that reveals the various strategic questions that sellers must ask themselves before deciding on the approach to adopt for the sale of their work of art. The Magazine also reviews Art Basel’s best practices, which came into effect exactly one year ago at its Miami fair.

Furthermore, it examines ways for street art artists to protect their names and creations from commercial and sometimes abusive exploitation by third parties, some of whom may be unscrupulous and seek to profit from the growing success of these works. It also reports on the ALF’s and Art-Law Centre’s annual conference on “The Art of Giving”.
